We create space for collective sharing, learning, unlearning and personal growth for women. And through storytelling, training sessions and workshops, we help business, political, NGO and community leaders understand the biases and barriers that hinder women’s progress enabling them to better support women and foster a more equitable society.

We recognise the need to unlearn past biases and behaviours and replace them with positive learnings and so we created an organisation centred on the empowerment of women.
Our goal is to lead conversations and influence decisions that impact women, to help support growth and success and to share stories, wisdom and experiences.
